Bees bee gone! What I thought was a honey bee sting was in fact a nasty yellow jacket who was making its home under a concrete and rock pathway meandering through my garden. I found “Bee Safe Bee Removal” on the internet and called them on Sunday. Shockingly, someone answered and got me a bid after I sent pictures of my dilemma. I hadn’t figured out that this is a larger nationwide LLC out of Texas until later when I was skeptical that the company might not be legit. So I did my due diligence and researched yelp reviews and finally breathed a sigh of relief when my bee keeper showed up on time to rid me of the angry “nesters”. The job was thorough and more complicated than expected but done safely and within the agreed quote without surprise added costs. Are they expensive? Probably…but I knew that before I began. They were courteous on the phone, kept me in the loop and followed up prior to billing my credit card. What more can you expect!
They quickly and safely removed a honey bee hive that was between the outer and inner wall of an antique building. When they were finished it didn't look like anyone had been there- they put the wall back without the appearance of disturbance.

These people know bees and make the experience stress free! Like all good businesses, the friendly Bee Safe experts answered all my questions including the hard ones like helping prevent the current decline in bees. Their expert performed the inspection and the office called me with the results. I had already had several close calls and a landscape professional had been chased by a swarm of what later turned out to be Africanized or Killer Bees. I was quoted a price which was very reasonable especially when my bees were the aggressive type. Bee Safe gave me a senior discount and did the hive removal about a week later, which was as soon as I could get ready for them to be on site. They could have handled the removal without my being home but just in case the bees had also invaded an exterior wall in one bedroom, they would have needed access to the interior of the home. They set an appointment that was convenient with my schedule and called before getting to my house. The let me know they were here and I was busy with a couple of phone calls so I went outside and one of their three "bee removal technicians" explained the process and brought me up to speed with what they had found. I was thankful that the bees were confined to an external wall which was attached to the house (sort of a wing wall added for aesthetics to each side of the house). The men had already removed most of a massive hive from the interior of the small wing wall. I stared at the hive which took up half of a large contractor-sized plastic bag with huge honey-laden bee covered. I went inside as they continued removing the rest of the hive and removing all traces of the "bee-inspired" structure and treated the surrounding bricks with a bee repellant. Less than two hours had passed when I able to walk all around that section outside the house with no bee sentries buzzing me to say that was their territory. The good news is we no longer have to have landscapers and other visitors were full bee suits when doing the yard. I actually had a period of time where the yard looked like an overgrown field so I know the neighbors, who were so patient with me will be glad I can hire regular landscapers where I don't have to provide bees suits. The only thing I fear now is killer politicians.

I called Bee Safe after we discovered another hive had formed in our soffit. We used them several years ago and they did a great job. Once again, they provided same day service and all of the bees were gone by nightfall. The beekeepers arrived on time and fully prepared to remove the bees and repair the shed access. Upon completion, we were told that there would be a few bees remaining for a couple days as they disperse the area. We were also instructed to contact the office. Should any bees remain after a week. The two beekeepers were very respectful and polite, and we would use this company again.

Had a little bee issue In my backyard kind of put off mow for a day or two. My aunt reached out and the gentleman Harold had came out. He was very happy with the last minute call for the day. He had informed us of every process and step. Also, it informed us exactly where the bees were going, and that they were going to be safe. The bees were in an out box that was in our tree. I thought you would struggle getting the whole box down, but he didn’t. Again, his customer service 100 out of 10 all around. He’s a great dude. I definitely recommend anyone to request for him. She was even nice to the bees to put them in AC to keep them cool that is going above and beyond for your job. Again, I highly recommend to reach out for this company and if possible asked to have Harold come out to.

Kenny came out to assess the carpenter bee situation. Based on the number seen and this being a rental we had to go the extermination route. They got to work and by that night we had swept up 14+. He can't back the next Monday to finish the job. Also had him go around the house to deal with wasps. Have not seen anything around except the occasional wandering wasp that is just passing by. A+++ job!
Terrific service! We had a massive bee carpenter problem. I called Bee Safe after hours on a Thursday, and they answered and had a beekeeper there Friday afternoon to address the issue. The bees have been removed, so our backyard is usable again.

Bee Safe did a great job with a hive hiding inside our roof, which required cutting and repairing it. The bee keepers were very professional and courteous. The job got done in time as agreed. I also got some of the honey from the hive and the colony is still alive somewhere else. This service is so much better than having the bees killed by pest control and the price is the same considering most pest control would not include repairs in case they had to cut the roof open.

PROS: fast professional response. In our case, this is the easiest kind of removal as the bee swarm was on a bush just outside our condo, at eye level, and very accessible.
CONS: the technician that came out didn't tell us he is starting the work. Only on completion did he ring our doorbell--then left too quickly for us to answer it. Price seems high.
I discovered honey bees in my water meter box. Fortunately, BSBR came out the same day I called. They took great care to locate the queen and safely remove the hive for relocation. I understand the importance of our honey bees, but I prefer they not squat in my water meter box. Live on happy bees!
My husband and I bought a house in August and the inspector pointed out a hive. When we closed on the house, one of our first calls was to Bee Safe Bee Removal to come take care of the bees. We are strong believers that bees should be saved and not just poisoned and left to rot.

Bee Safe removed an 8” inch wasp nest from a 2nd floor outside soffit last fall in addition to 4 other small nests. They powder treated all the areas. Since they guarantee their work, when the wasps came back in one week, Bee Safe came back out and removed the nest and retreated. No more wasps!! Quality work!

I have used Bee Safe to remove 2 separate bee hives over the last 6 months and they are competitively priced; professional and timely. They can even do the repairs to close back up where walls or stucco has to be removed in order to move the bee hive out. Our last hive was in a pool pump room in a stucco wall. The hive was quite large. Bee Safe personnel were really good about explaining the process to us so I was aware to close down the community pool before they started the removal. I will use them again in the future for this work. I am (unfortunately) in a very desirable area that seem to attract bees.

They went 40-45 feet up the tree (via ladder), vacuumed out the bees, applied chemical, filled the hole and sealed it. All without damaging the surrounding forest of trees and on uneven terrain. Have had a persistent hiving in the eve of our house for years. Wanted to have the bees removed with as little kill as possible. Very quick to respond and professional -- came out the same day and took care of a bumble bee colony in a bird box. Kenny did a great job explaining the process and what was required. Definitely recommend this service.
We had a hole in a tree with a beehive. The bees had been become more aggressive and active outside of the tree. Nick and his son came out the same day on short notice and helped with a treatment of the tree with spray. Then they stuffed the tree to disallow them to reenter. They guys were courteous and gave great service!
Excellent devices . Used them for my Airbnb unit university park Texas. I had Breda and hornets. They were quick respovie and fairly priced after checking multiple local companies. Highly recommend
After a couple stings we called Bee Safe Bee Removal to come investigate what seemed like a considerable amount of wasps or yellowjackets living under our deck. The company sent out Kenny, who was quickly able to identify that we had both in strong numbers. He was thorough, coming by and treating twice to ensure the problem was solved. He even brought my toddler a little honey, which she loved.
Aside from the kind and effective service, neither Bee Safe nor Kenny tried to sell us on any recurring service like other pest companies do. Instead they focused on the problem we called them for and used pesticides that last. I won't be using any other company from here on.

As soon as I noticed the wasps nests on my front porch I called Bee Safe (found via google search) and within an hour Kenny was at my house taking care of it. Looks like I spotted the HoneyBee hive before very long the honeybee queen checked in our hot water shutoff station. No brood-hive found. I called these folks on a recommendation from the contractor doing work on our house (also awesome), and they were able to immediately help me out in this potentially dangerous situation. We had wasps everywhere in multiple locations around our house. Within 2 days of treatment, we didn't see any more. We were told we could call back within 30 days if we needed them to come out and treat further, but we haven't had any more issues. It's not cheap but if you have a bee/wasp issue, I highly recommend them. Our wasp issue had become so bad, we had to call a professional.

But be sure you ask all the questions and follow up questions you have regarding the status of the bee colony and the bees that were removed if your desire, as the paying customer, is that they not be harmed and simply removed. I did not ask the relevant follow up questions, my fault, and therefore did not receive the outcome I had hoped for. Since no one reading this is a beekeeper, do your research, get second opinions (which you should always do for work being done at your home), ask lots of questions, clearly communicate what you wish to have happen, etc etc. I failed to do this to my own detriment. Not the company's fault, but I learned a valuable lesson.

I cannot recommend this service enough. I am writing this review on a SUNDAY, about 24 hours after first contacting Bee Safe, and our service is already completed.
Yesterday I discovered a wasp nest in my chimney. Which is allowing wasps to get into my house. After calling Bee Safe (on a Saturday), I received a call on Sunday with a tech’s availability to come out right then and there. By “tech”, I mean the owner of the business. That’s commitment.
He came into the house, sealed off our fireplace, and then treated our chimney from the exterior. It was gratifying to see a swarm of wasps leave my house and we’ll sleep better tonight knowing this.
Even better - we have a 30 day window for any additional treatments needed at no extra charge. Simply fantastic.

Awesome service! I called after 5 pm when I saw increased wasp activity and was expecting to schedule a few days later. But Harold (the owner) came out the same evening and took care of it. Upon arriving to a property we manage we found a swarm of bees and immediately called Beesafe Bee removal and Harold came over really quickly and jumped into action taking care of the swarm of bees before they got inside our home! Since it’s a holiday weekend, we were doubtful that we could find someone on short notice but Bee Safe Bee Removal saved the day! Harold came out 30 minutes after we called and removed them immediately. Reasonably priced and definitely recommend!
This company is fantastic. Had a giant beehive in the walls. They came, and removed the 4 foot hive , while being careful and professional. Patched up everything like brand new and even replaced shingles. Highly recommend and a big thanks !

Called on a Friday afternoon when a swarm of bees suddenly settled on a tree close to our front door. The company picked up, and to my surprise, said they could send someone to remedy the issue right away. Within a couple of hours, Harold arrived at our home and took care of the bees (by safely putting them in a box to relocate them).

Thank goodness for bee safe. A swarm chose to make a home on the bush of our front walkway. Needless to say we couldn’t use the front door. Luckily they were able to come the same day and safely remove the bees.

Called them up thursday and about 3 hours later they were checking it out found a hive in our siding and scheduled a hive removal for saturday the bee keeper found the hive let me take pictures he was very nice and got everything out quick patched the wall back up reinstalled my siding and in less tan 2 hours will definitely call again if needed in the future from start to finish these guys were great

They did a great job of safely removing bees that were trying to build a hive on the outside vent of our house. They came fairly quickly (within a day), and removed them efficiently then treated the area so they wouldn't come back and the cost was much lower than the other quotes we received. Honey bees were extracted and relocated on one service call. Wasps were exterminated and property sprayed against further infestation. Both technicians were friendly, professional and thorough. Would definitely call them again, if needed.
I had about 12+ wasp nests. I was worried about them stinging my family and my dog. Called them and they told me they could be out in a few hours. This was a Saturday. They came and took down the nests, picked them up, and placed some type of powder around the perimeter of the roof.
I also asked them to look through the dryer vents since I saw a wasp crawl into one. Sure enough there were 2 nests out of 4 vents.
Nothing like peace of mind knowing that my family is going to be safe from wasp stings.

I recommend this company 100%! Harold came to service us in such short notice on his way out of town on the 4th of July. I don't know any company to go out of their way to do that. I had a VERY aggressive honey bee hive that had not been robbed or tended to in close to 3 years. I had 2 previous “hobbyists” try to get this hive and were unsuccessful. They were timely, had to come back at night to get hive. They kept me informed at a times and successfully got my angry hive away and off to a new home! Highly recommend

They did a great job of saving all the bees ! The bees were in a trash bin that holds my wintertime pool cover. They had to remove the cover to be sure they got all the bees. When they were done they put the cover back into the bin & closed it up so hopefully no more bees will try to make a home there!

Altogether happy with the service I received. The removal seems thorough and effective. It was a quick turnaround time from scheduling to the appointment date.
My only complaint is that the service technicians, though clearly experienced, were unable to communicate in English, which was frustrating as a customer when I had questions during and after the service.
The scheduling staff were professional and answered all of my questions before and after my appointment however.
Apart from the language barrier, I am happy with the service I received.

We just had an inspection with Philip. He was at our house within 15 minutes of my phone call, awesome. Philip was friendly, professional, and you can tell he loves what he does. Thankfully, no hive as of yet (so no charge) but if we ever do, Philip is our guy! Great experience!

Had yellow jackets that built a nest a stung us. We had them come out and exterminate the nest, as well as treat the house. So far it seems that the bees are staying away. Philip was very nice, professional and explained the service. Will call them in the suture if needed!

We had a large swarm arrived at our back door. We called many beekeepers, and this was the first to respond. They were able to come out on a Saturday night to help us, due to the size and location of our swarm it wasn’t safe for the bees or our pets. Not only was our beekeeper prompt, but he took the time to educate us and encouraged our kids to watch the whole process out a window. They turned a stressful situation into a pretty neat day for our family.

We saw a swarm outside our homes window and it was entering our attic through an uncaulked area on the roof. We called Bee Safe and they were able to come out in less than 2 hours and remove the swarm before they were able to start a honeycomb. Javier answered on the second ring at 6:00pm on a Friday. After my surprise, he took my info and told me a technician would get back to me. Ten minutes later, Harold called to tell me he would be coming from McKinney to our house in Midlothian after dark. Roofers were putting a new roof on our house but couldn't finish because of carpenter bees /hive under the decking to the attic. Harold climbed onto the roof in the dark (protective suit) tools to a 3 softball size hive. Worked for some time, gave us valuable instructions and called us the next morning to follow up. They came and removed the bees 🐝 prior to going in and taking out all the honey comb, they gave a thoughtful assessment to ensure the estimated price wasn’t more than I had initially agreed.
They came in and got it all taken care of the same day. The other place I called was really rude and gave a much higher quote. The others also said no matter what they would be killing the bees.

I was very happy with the care they put into collecting my 100 thousand plus bees so they could be resetted and continue to make lots of honey. They only removed enough of my roof line to do their job and took care not to damage any other parts of my house. My hive had been with me for 20 years so I was very concerned about the safe removal of these bees. BEE SAFE REMOVAL did a wonderful and careful job and I recommend them to anyone needing some bees safely removed.

What an incredible company! After moving to our new home, Bee Safe Bee Removal was hired to remove a hive in the side of our house. They were extremely professional and especially understanding of my bee allergy. Fortunately, they convinced me to buy their home bee warranty at that time. Last fall, they came out to remove another hive that was set up close to the original hive and this was covered under the warranty. Now that its Spring again, I noticed a swarm trying to take up shop again yesterday. I texted Sally at Bee Safe Bee Removal, and within ONE HOUR their technician Chris was at our house removing the bees and this was still covered under the warranty. I will definitely recommend and continue myself to buy their bee warranty.

Quick and friendly. Just what I needed.
Very pleased with the service. The process of getting to the bees, removing, and repairing the wall is not inexpensive, but I think you get what you pay for. The initial inspection was done within 30 minutes of my call (a Friday afternoon) and the removal was first thing Monday morning. Even though the hive was quite large (about 5’ long!), the removal and wall repair was done in about 2 hours and now I have a bucket of honeycomb to share! Plus everyone I dealt with was pleasant, polite, and patient with my many questions..I definitely recommend this company.
Within less than 10 hrs they were here and spent about 2hrs to remove the hive methodically from the second level at my home and cleaned from the roof and repaired the roof back and replaced with new shingles I provided. We're reassuring they would take care of issue and explained steps before starting...Next morning just few on ground bees but gone by end of day. Warranty 1yr. Getting rid of bees a little pricey but I had to get rid of them to get my new roof install rescheduled....
Bee Safe was great when I called looking to adopt a bee colony. They were patent and friendly when I dropped off my nuc and filled it the next day. So far the colony is going strong and growing.

The whole process went fairly smoothly even though it was a much larger hive than we anticipated. What started as a 4 inch by 6 inch hole ended up being a 2 foot by 4 foot hole in the roof where the colony was located. I thought it was only a few weeks old but turns out to have been up to two years old! Ended up with a giant Rubbermaid tub full of honey combs and bees. I really appreciated that the entire hive was removed and the colony of bees was saved. I would recommend the company to anyone that wants prompt, efficient service and people that cared enough to relocate the hive so it could continue it's work pollinating and making delicious honey!
Harold Wright at Bee Safe Removal was a great help! He was able to safely remove a swarm of bees from an undesirable place and put them into a bee box, which I provided as a bee keeper. I was able to relocate them to a remote location outside of Dallas. Now they are thriving and pollinating and producing honey.
We had a hive that was 6 years old and needed to be relocated. There were over 20,000 bee's living in the roof The bees had started to spread into walls of the house. Bryce was the team leader on the project. He came to the house explained the process. The bee's were humanely captured and relocated. I highly recommend Bee Safe Bee Removal.

I had an enormous beehive in front of the house in an unreachable place between the eaves and siding. Bee safe Bee removal was able to remove the hive and repair the eaves. By the time they were done it was as if I’ve never had a problem and there was no damage to the property. All done in a single day!
Fantastic service, Harold came out after a swarm took up residency under an awning at my home. Other companies wanted to come in and kill the bees with various pesticides while also charging steep fees to fix the fascia board and cavity the bees were living in. After actually speaking with me, Harold suggested saving the bees and also fixing the cavity. His team came out a few weeks later as I needed time to finally buy the beekeeping supplies I had been researching for a few years. They removed the fascia board and put the bees safely into my first hive. They also replaced the fascia board and properly sealed the cavity. The entire experience was amazing, and I highly recommend them.
Impressive service!! I got a call back within the day and had the problem treated the day of the initial walkthrough. I had some very sneaky carpenter bees that didn’t have a very apparent entry point and it took a bit of searching but they found where the bees were coming in and out and the noise that’s been waking me up every spring/summer morning the last 3 years has yet to reemerge. On top of fixing a very tricky pest problem that other companies had told us they would have to cut into our walls to fix, they did it with such kindness and with an attitude of professionalism and respect. I felt informed about every step of the process and did not feel that they charged me a dime extra! Found out afterwards that this company is a go-to in our neighborhood—and I can absolutely see why! Harold was great! We called the company and he called back 20 minutes later and came by in about 30 minutes. He was quick and efficient and finished the job in 10 minutes!
I have worked with this company twice over the past 4 years and both times they’ve been amazing. Most recently I called at 11am on a Sunday of a holiday weekend, by 4 pm that same afternoon my bee issues were gone. They work quickly, efficiently and in a very professional manner.
Harold was awesome! We came home after a vacation to find a bee swarm building a hive near our front door. I called and Harold was here in 45 minutes even though I live out in the country. He was friendly and informative even sharing information about hives if we ever wanted to have our own bees. He took some pictures of the hive for us before suiting up and vacuuming the bees to be relocated.
The whole process took about 25-30 minutes and they came out same day! It was quick and kind to the bees. Now I’m shopping for my own hive!

I can’t rave enough about the level of professionalism and knowledge Bee Safe Bee removal displayed this weekend! I had a noticed bees flying around my roof and tried multiple sprays from Loews to get rid of them. Every attempt failed so I finally called a professional service. We called Bee Safe Bee Removal who had great reviews online and a young lady spoke to us on the phone and she said that they could be out the same day. Within 30 minutes Harold Wright was at our door and safely removed the bee swarm from our tree. He was super nice and knowledgeable. He sent us pictures of the beehive and told us that he learned beekeeping and bee removal from his mom and dad. The price was the best around and he warrantied his work. We highly recommend Bee Safe and hope that we don't have bees ever again. But, if we do, we will only call Bee Safe Bee Removal. Harold said that they cover all of Dallas and Fort Worth and they they also take of Yellow Jackets, Wasps, Bumble Bees, Cicada Killers, Carpenter Bees and Africanized Honey Bees.
Austin and Victor took great care of us. We had honeybees inside the wall on the side of our house for a few years but recently a few started coming inside the house so I called them and they got someone out the same day. Austin is the sales rep who came out first and took his time explaining everything to me. He even went in depth about different types of bees so I know what I'm dealing with. He was able to get Victor and his team out in a few hours to get the bees out of my wall and to a safe place. Victor was very knowledgeable as well and explained everything to me as well. Him and his team smoked the bees, took out the roof above the wall, vacuumed the bees into the box for transport, cleaned everything, put insulation, and resealed everything. They took before and after pictures of the area for us and emailed it with the receipt. All in all they provided a great service at a very fair price. Oh and also, they got the honeycomb out for us, so we have honey for at least a year now!

I had a colony of honeycomb bees on second floor balcony soffit. I called several places, but Bee Safe Bee Removal was the only company offering a free inspection. Harold came over the same day and used his thermal scan to show me the size of the colony. He was very amiable and thorough in his explanation. Although I was waiting for two other companies to give me a bid, I decided to go with Harold because of the 1 year warranty offered and the fact his company is a one stop shop; I wouldn't have to look for a different contractor to repair/replace whatever the techs tore open. He was able to schedule removal on same day. Adalid/Javier came over and took care of the bee problem. Adalid looked for the least invasive way to get to the bees, removed them and sealed soffit up to prevent future infestation. When I found out I had a beehive inside the side panels in my house I was really dreading the process of removal. I called about 4 companies before I called Bee Safe Bee Removal. Not only did the Harold (the business owner) come to my house within hours of my call, he did all he could to schedule the removal as soon as possible. He also did an excellent and fun job about showing me the hive and calming my alarm in thinking this was a huge problem. He explained the process and quoted me an excellent price. I had an appointment in less than 12 hours. The extraction and removal team arrived promptly at the agreed hour and they were so efficient! The whole job, (Taking the side panels off, safely removing the bees for relocation, cleaning the hive and honey comb, and putting the side paneling back on like it never happened) took two hours. Afterwards the team walked me through the process and not only were they extremely knowledgeable they spent time educating me about bee life. The best part? They cleaned up the honeycombs and I got to keep the honey! This is a wonderful company! You cannot go wrong with Bee Safe Bee Removal for your bee relocation needs.

We came home to honey dripping from a roof eve from a bee infestation. I called two firms and the Bee Safe Bee Removal (Harold) responded immediately and gave me a lower rate and quicker response. Harold provided the quote and although not the cheapest he explained the process and answered all my questions, so I felt like they would be the right company for the job - and they were. They worked with my schedule to get the job done quickly and were very prompt.

Owner got involved and corrected lack of customer service. Very pleasant experience with the owner and additional staff. This was the level of service I expected at the start with the reviews and recommendations. I will give them a call again if I have more issues with wasps.
After a recommendation from a friend and reviews online, I decided to give Bee Safe a call. I got a description and estimate from them as to what I could expect for what I described to them. I got a quote for an area that was to cover a 6' radius (I'll call area A) for $295 - I was also told that additional areas would be $100 each if that was necessary.
The tech came out and the next thing I hear is that description is not how it works. He does an inspection of the house and finds two other areas - one I knew about and was not concerned with (I'll call area C) and the new area, not very accessible (I'll call area B).
So after the inspection, he wanted to call area A multiple sites instead of what would have been covered by the 6' radius description. So we finally agreed upon doing all of area A (multiple sites by the tech's description) and B for $395. But I guess what he understood was A & C. Leaving B undone. Not realizing this until after he was gone.
So, I call back the next day to say that the work was not done - as to my way of thinking it wasn't what was agreed upon. A couple of minutes later, the tech calls me back. We discuss the job - with the exception of when we disagree about which areas were agreed upon, he hangs up on me.
So, I call back the office. The lady I spoke with was nice but was having none of it. She basically regurgitated what the tech told me about the service etc... The lady also told me that I should be happy that I got three areas done for $395 as it should have been more ($495) - even though it was not the areas that I agreed to have done (my words not hers). I paid for 3 areas and got 3 areas treated (her words). - my interpretation A1 & A2 & C and that she would send the tech back out for another $100 as that was the fee for the extra areas. Didn't matter that we felt we agreed on A & B and not doing C. She also backed the tech's version of the non 6' radius - she called it a 6' area - still not sure what that means - that doesn't really adequately describe an area.
So on anything that you need work done upon. If you have 3 things (a,b,c) that need to be done and you agree to have a & b done and you get a & c done, are you happy? No

Professional in every respect. Miles was on time and made quick work of harvesting the bee comb, put back the soffit and fascia board as if he'd never been there. Don't waste time looking for another company. Bee Safe is the way to go.

I called in the morning and the guy (i think his name was Arland) came out that afternoon! Phew, huge relief because the wasp were getting inside the house since we have some exposed walls due to water damage. Luckily we found where they found their way in and he spayed in there and they immediately started to flee. Poor guy had some angry bees but he handled it well and was thorough. He walked around the whole house to make sure there were no other nest. The next day I walked around and there were dead bees on the drive way and side walk, even baby bees. This was a big relief, the bees that got in were not the biggest ones, yikes! I highly recommend this company! Another company quoted me $850 if the problem was in the wall, that was just a starting point. That was an instant NO WAY. probably because it was an extermination company. I will be saving this number in my phone in case i need it in the future. Call them!!!!!

I used these guys two years ago. They were knowledgable, professional, very courteous. Price was reasonable and their work was quick and efficient. They suggested removing the entire hive, which was a little more expensive, instead of just killing the bees. I should have taken their advice because it's wo years later and the bees are back, just as these guys said was a possibility. Anyway, I get to see these nice people again.

Reason I Hired Bee Safe: I have had bees in my mint bushes by the pool most of the summer. And occasional other flying stinging bugs in my bamboo. Not sure if they were wasps or yellowjackets or hornets b/c I don't really want to know but I would like them gone or around as little as possible. One of my friends was stung last week so I finally decided to see what could be done. So I called Bee Safe to come inspect my place to see if there is anything they can do.
The Great: Was easy to request a beekeeper come out to inspect my house. Super friendly. Within about 30 minutes of talking to them, a beekeeper, Steven, called me back to schedule a time to come out. He was available for the same day but I preferred to schedule for the following day. He called me about 20 min before showing up, as he had said he would.
The Really Good: When he came out it was one of the days where there really weren't any more bees hanging around the mint bush. Probably because we have recently chopped it down really low. But Steven went around the whole outside of the house inspecting for nests. While he didn't find any nests and only saw one flying stinging bug, he thoroughly searched our bamboo which is where they seem to like to hang out. He assured me that no nests were on our property but mentioned that they could be as close as our neighbors yard. Steven answered all my questions and was polite and friendly, such an important thing to me for a worker coming into my house. I think he may have even put on a fresh shirt before coming in b/c it was blazing hot out but he was cool as a cucumber when he first arrived.
All around great experience. If I ever have an issue in the future, I know exactly who to call.
